Men

Who is leading your boy's small groups?

Boys need to be around men...boys need to be around high school young men...boys need solid male role models to follow. Below is a high school football player who recently joined our team. The boys are drawn to him. He has an opportunity to make a big impact on them!

Let's keep encouraging men to step up and serve in Children's Ministry! The boys in our ministries need them!

Who Are You Learning From?

In staff meeting last week, John Maxwell (Teaching Pastor at our church) shared with us about five people he watched and learned from to improve his communication skills....

1. Johnny Carson
2. JF Kennedy
3. Woody Hayes
4. Zig Ziglar
5. His father

Who are you watching? Who are you learning from? What area of your leadership or communication do you want to improve in? Find some people who are really good at it and learn from them.
