Last week before Easter, I shared these simple, but very important "big weekend" tips with our team. It can make the difference in people coming back to your church or ministry.
- Smile, smile, smile!
- Relax, relax, relax! (don't get stressed out on a big day or if you are...don't show it)
- Look past the crowd and see the individual! (you reach people one at a time - How do you reach a thousand kids? One at a time!)
- Walk don't point! (always personally escort families to their child's room - don't just point them down the hallway)
