One of the keys to a growing ministry is unity. God's Spirit will bless a ministry whose staff team is unified. This week I was reading Colossians 3:12-14 and three keys to unity jumped off the page at me. I shared them with our team this morning at our prayer time.
1. Love one another. Unconditionally. (vs. 14)
2. Accept one another. (vs. 12)
3. Forgive one another. (vs. 12)
Protect the unity of your team and church at all costs.
