I've set 4 goals for our children's ministry for 2010. Here they are...
- 20% vertical growth across campuses.
- Horizontal growth across campuses (horizontal growth is measuring kids taking spiritual steps - new believer's class to baptism to Life Group to serving).
- Continue to build, equip, and care for a ministry partner team that is passionate about impacting children and families with the love and message of Jesus Christ.
- Develop children's ministry resources for our church and other churches nationally.
