Ministry today is definitely not a pond...it's a rapidly moving stream that you have to navigate. Many times you need to be able to make quick changes. When you are unified around a compelling vision in your church or ministry, you are able to do this effectively. We are preparing to add another weekend service. Everyone is excited and unified behind the vision and so we are able to make the necessary changes to make it happen quickly.
Unity...unity...unity...it will make or break your ministry.
