Sheano Oniate is our 1-3rd grade coordinator. He is a great leader and is building a great volunteer team. Last weekend he had over 70 people serving with him. His goal is to have 200 people serving on his team. He is encouraging everyone on his team to invite "4" people to join the team. Think about it....your current volunteers know lots of people that you don't know. If you get your volunteers excited about inviting their friends to join the team, you will see your team explode with growth. Here's the video he sent to his team about this.
