The larger your church becomes, the smaller it must become. You must create avenues where people can be known and build relationships with a circle of friends. That isn't going to happen in a group of hundreds or thousands of people. For us it happens in Life Groups. That's what we call Small Groups.
I often tell people an awesome children's facility will get kids in the door, but it's relationships that will keep them. Here's a video to explain our strategy.
