This weekend is Promotion Weekend for us. We promote kids to their new environment at the beginning of the summer. Here are a few reasons why we promote at the beginning of the summer...
- In kid's minds, they are already in the next grade. As soon as school is out, ask them what grade they are in. They will tell you the grade they are going INTO.
- We want kids to have the summer to build relationships with the people in their new environment.
- We want kids to be able to participate in the summer events and programs of their new environment.
This year we decided to make a video to let parents know about Promotion Weekend. We sent this video to all parents via email and posted it on our
