Ask These 3 Questions to Improve Your Children's Ministry

What should we stop doing?
Constantly evaluate the effectiveness of what you are doing.  Remember, busyness is not the goal.  Effectiveness is the goal.  Trim away the fluff and concentrate on the essentials.  Less is more.  Better to be excellent at a few things than mediocre at a lot of things.

What should we keep doing?
What is bearing fruit?  What is helping you accomplish the vision of your ministry?  What are people voting for with their feet?  What are your best practices?  Continue to pour time, energy, and resources into these things.

What should we start doing?
What is the new idea you've been pondering?  What is the missing piece that is holding you back from the next level?  You won't see success by just thinking about it.  Don't let fear of failure stop you.  Go for it.
