All of these are good to have in your tool belt, but I do not believe they are the secret to success in Children's Ministry.
I believe the secret to success in Children's Ministry is the ability to build volunteer teams.
The success of your Children's Ministry rises and falls on the strength of the volunteer team you build.
Show me a strong volunteer team and I will show you a successful Children's Ministry.
It's not what you can do...it's what you can empower others to do.
Put your time, effort, and energy into enlisting, equipping, and empowering leaders.
