I believe the biggest need of children's ministry leaders can be summed up in one word...PASSION.

Passion to know God.

Passion to reach kids and families with the Gospel.

Passion to help kids grow in their faith.

Passion that ignites the hearts of volunteers.

Passion.  Has yours waned?

Ask God to renew it.
