The Power of Story and Why You Should Use it in your Children's Ministry

Studies show that an engaging story causes the brain to release a neurochemical called oxytocin.

Oxytocin causes us to cooperate, have empathy and experience other people's emotions.  In other words...stories move people.

If you want to capture kids' attention...tell a story.

If you want to move kids to action...tell a story.

If you want to impact kids' lives...tell a story.

We have the greatest book of true stories ever penned.  And...they are anointed with the Spirit of God.  Let's get busy sharing them with kids!
