A few months ago I was eating at a restaurant that had posters honoring some of their employees. It sparked an idea to do this with our volunteers.
So each month, we highlight one of our volunteers this way. We put their picture and share a quote from them about why they enjoy serving. It not only honors the volunteer, but is also a great way to invite others to join the team.
