Dale Hudson has been in Children's Ministry for over 24 years. He is the Director of Children's Ministry at Christ Fellowship Church in Palm Beach, Florida. Christ Fellowship has 6 campuses and ministers to over 19,000 people on weekends. Dale leads a Children's Ministry staff team of over 40 and a volunteer team of over 1,700.
Dale has co-authored four books which include 100 Best Ideas to Turbocharge Your Children's Ministry, 100 Best Ideas to Turbocharge Your Preschool Ministry, Children's Ministry in the 21st Century, and the ChurchLeaders.com Top 100 book.
He has also written dozens of articles for magazines. He currently writes the "Leading Volunteers" column for Children's Ministry Magazine. His Children's Ministry articles are featured at www.churchleaders.com on a regular basis.
Dale was recently named one of the top 20 influencers in Children's Ministry. His ministry has been featured in numerous reports including Time magazine, Christianity Today magazine, and an ABC national television special called "The Changing Face of Worship."
Dale's greatest joy is his family. He and his wife, Pamela, have been married for 23 years. They have two sons. Josh is married. Caleb is 18 and is a senior in high school.
They enjoy going to Disneyworld and Universal Studios, watching movies, and hanging out at the beach.
