This past weekend one of the children in our ministry was baptized. The cool thing was his grandfather, who is a pastor, came down and led the baptism. As I assisted the family with this, I was reminded of the blessings of a spiritual heritage. This young man is blessed to have a father and grandfather who love Jesus. The spiritual influence they are having on his life far outweighs the influence we are having on him. And that's the way it should be.
