Do You Watch the Game Film?

Great teams watch the game film.  In other words, they evaluate what they are doing.  They are very intentional about looking for ways to improve.

 Do you watch the game film of your children's ministry?  With our pace, that's not always easy.  But it's vital if you're going to get better.

 Here's five questions to sit down and answer after your weekend or event.

 1. What worked well?
2. What was broken?
3. What was confusing?
4. What was missing?
5. What's one thing we can do to make it better?

 Make some time this week to watch the film.
