I'm so glad to see you!
You just brightened my day!
Thank you for sharing your smile.

What a bunch of psychobabble! Sounds like Joel Osteen preaching

No, children need to hear the truth, not this limp-wristed, Joel Osteen-like demonic nonsense. Teach them about sin and who Jesus is.

Absolute nonsense! You have no clue of what a church is.

"I believe in you!"? What? Really? Wow, that's rather blasphemous. Book, chapter, verse please. Ah, I see...

The only "churches" that would allow these humanistic crap are these godless "emergent" churches such as Methodists, Anglicans and the like.

Glenn, thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. I believe kids get "called out" all the time for the wrong things they have done. And yes...we are all sinners in need of a Savior. But I believe we should not stop there. I believe we should "call kids up" to everything God wants for them. I'm serving Jesus today because people in my life called me up to what Jesus wanted for me. The goodness of God calls us to repentance.

Dale, practicing self-esteem psychobabble on children is not calling them for God. It is just like the world; kids from our public schools have great self-esteem but are totally ignorant.

It is presumptuous to tell kids that God has great plans for them and that God will do great things through them - no one has that knowledge. I can just see telling that to the Christian children in Iraq as ISIS goes about beheading them - what "great things" does God have in store for them in this world? What great works will He do through them in this world by having them beheaded?!?!?

You do indeed sound just like heretic Osteen with such nonsense. The church assembled is not for promoting self-esteem, rather it is for promoting Christ-esteem and building them up in the faith by teaching them the truth rather that telling them how great they are.
