Orientation for New Volunteers
- all volunteers go through a one-hour initial training where we cover vision, values, safety and security and other big picture items (here's an example of our orientation handout)
- new volunteers then receive hands-on training for 2-3 weeks alongside an experienced volunteer in their area of ministry
- held during weekend services

- held on a Saturday morning
