As I talk with children's ministry leaders across the country, they tell me their greatest need is volunteers.  How to bring them on the team.  How to equip them.  How to encourage them.  How to invest in them.

#2 - Empowering Your Team - Gina McClain will be sharing how to transform your volunteers into leaders who own the ministry.  Learn how to move from being a doer to an equipper.  Gina is the children's ministry pastor at Faith Promise Church.  She is dynamic leader who will inspire and equip you.

#3 - Encouraging Your Team - Frank Bealer will be talking about how to encourage your volunteers.  He will share how he encouraged his volunteers at Elevation Church.  Frank was the family pastor at Elevation Church before stepping into the role of CEO of Phase Family Centers & Executive Director of Leadership Development at Orange.  He is a visionary, passionate leader.  He will get you excited about investing in your team and provide you with practical tools to do so.

There will be opportunities for live interaction and Q & A during each session.
