Taking risks rather than playing it safe.

Bringing others into the picture to make it a better picture.

Creating a track record of trust.

Knowing what is really important.

Practicing what you preach.

Equipping others to succeed.

Bringing fresh ideas.

Going the second mile.

Getting others excited about the mission.

Showing thankfulness to God and those who've helped you.

Taking other people's hurts into your heart.

Reflecting the heart of God for people.

Gathering people around you who will bring out the best in you.
