Do you use waivers or forms regarding pictures or videos that are taken during ministry services or events? We find that using "real" pictures helps connect our website or Facebook page, but we are hesistant to use them because of how parents may react. What is the best approach to this, in your opinion.

On our new family registration forms it says by filling this out/signing this, you are giving us permission to use photos, etc. for promotional purposes. When we do post pics we don't attach any names to it though.

Many people face difficulty in finding Release forms, So they a ready made template to use in urgency.
