Why Your Children's Ministry Must Stay Small

As your attendance grows, the tendency is for children to become lost in the crowd.  The larger your Children's Ministry becomes the smaller it must become.

You must be intentional about moving kids from the crowd into a small circle of friends with a caring leader.  This can be done through small groups, small classes, small clubs, or other forms of small, relational community.

Bright lights, creative videos, awesome children's buildings, and cool music are not enough.  Kids must have a small group of people that are personally involved in their life.

Flashy won't keep kids from falling through the cracks.  It takes being small...even when you're getting bigger.
