10 Ways to Show Your Volunteers You Appreciate Them This Christmas

Christmas is a great time to show your volunteers you appreciate them.  Here are 10 simple, affordable ways you can do this.

Christmas ornaments.  I did this one year and the volunteers loved it.  We wrote their name, the year and our kids' ministry name on the ornament.

20 years later, many of the volunteers still have the ornament and put it on their tree each year.

Gift cards.  Starbucks.  Dunkin' Donuts.  iTunes.

Christmas candles.  You can get these on Amazon or at a Dollar store for around $1.00

Christmas treats.  Cookies.  Fudge.  Brownies.

Christmas party.  No agenda but fun.  Have it at your house if doable.

Christmas cup filled with candy.

Appreciation journals.  Get a journal for each volunteer and have kids and families write appreciation notes inside the journal.

Coffee mugs. You can get coffee mugs that you can write on with chalk. Write a personal note on the coffee mug for each volunteer.

S'mores kit or other baking treat in a mason jar.

Picture in a frame.  Take a picture of your volunteers and put it in a Christmas frame.
